Regularly scheduled programming includes live broadcasts of City Council and Planning Commission meetings. In between regularly scheduled programming, BPTV airs a Community Bulletin Board listing of upcoming City activities, events, programs and announcements. BPTV is funded through Public Education and Governmental Access (PEG) fees from the City's two cable providers.
